Physiotherapy consultation fees
Initial physiotherapy consultation: $105. Follow-up physiotherapy consultation: $105. Every appointment is one-to-one with Ash Samarakoon, Master of Physiotherapy, at the Frankston clinic.
What to expect at your first appointment
Ash will ask about your symptoms, health history, daily activities and the goals that matter to you. The assessment may include movement, strength, balance, load tolerance or relevant work and sporting tasks, depending on the concern.
Ash will explain the findings and discuss a practical plan with you. Treatment may include education, activity or training changes, hands-on physiotherapy, mobility work, targeted exercise and a graded return to the activities you need or enjoy.
Before you arrive and what to bring
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the relevant area to be assessed. Bring any useful scans, reports or referral letters if you have them, although private patients do not need a GP referral.
Check your booking confirmation and complete any requested forms before the appointment. The clinic is at 35 Partridge Crescent, Frankston. If you need help before attending, call Ash on 0401 825 644.
